If more than 30 mm, regardless of length or location, insert is priority

The deformation is outward beyond the corner piece end, and the side surface is 13 mm.

Corner protection plates and header

Any deformation such as bend, bow, dent, etc.

If internal dimensions are reduced by more than 50 mm, REPAIR

All roof panels

Any deformation such as bend, dent, etc

If more than 60 mm deep on any corrugation, REPAIR

Any bow involving the length or width of the roof

If internal dimensions are reduced by more than 50 mm, REPAIR

Ventilator covers

Broken, missing, etc.

REPAIR only If cracked or broken in raised, non-

perforated area of ventilator enclosing air passage, non-watertight; Apply sealant is priority.

FLOOR INSPECTION CRITIERIA

Floor, including threshold plate and center spacer

Holed

If light leaks, regardless of diameter of hole, REPAIR BY SEALANT IF APPLICABLE.

Broken component and/or weld; missing, loose or protruding fasteners NOTE: No repair is necessary to cracked or broken welds of center spacers if light does not leak

REPAIR

Light leakage gaps between boards

REPAIR BY SEALANT IF APPLICABLE

Wooden flooring

Delamination or splinters

NO ACTION if no light leak and watertight.

Gouges (regardless of length)

If gouge depth exceeds 15mm; Width exceeds 150mm, depth exceeds 5 mm.REPAIR

Different heights of surfaces of adjacent planks or panels or between top plates of tunnel and fork pockets and floor boards

If difference is more than 10 mm, REPAIR by sanding
